During your personal training session, you and your personal trainer will have sole use of The Retreat fitness space so that you can train in private and feel the space is your own.

Fitness Suite
Our fitness suite is kitted out with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure you get the most out of your sessions with us. You will find Technogym equipment, a bespoke training rig and free weights area, cardiovascular machines, plus a wealth of functional movement equipment including a weight sled. There is also a separate cycle suite for an immersive virtual world cycling experience.

Outdoors
Set in the breath-taking Northumberland countryside and surrounded by nature at its most beautiful, we recognise the benefits of getting outdoors, and actively encourage taking outdoor training sessions.
