Join our daily online Personal Training Classes
The Retreat is currently running daily online classes in a bid to keep people moving during lockdown, and to raise money for the West Northumberland Food Bank. The workouts are suitable for all fitness abilities, and require no equipment. The classes take place on Zoom, and if you would like to participate email email@example.com and we shall add you to the mailing list. You shall receive an invitation to join the class 15 minutes before each scheduled class time.
Monday- 6pm HIIT
Tuesday – 2pm HIIT
Wednesday- 10am Movement, 6pm HIIT
Thursday- 6pm HIIT
Friday- 10am Movement, 6pm HIIT

Our two classes; Movement and HIIT are suitable for all fitness abilities.
Our Movement class focuses on building balance & stability, technique and building strength. This class is suitable for all fitness abilities and has been particularly popular with ladies.
Our HIIT classes are more intense and guarantee to get you working up a sweat.
Each class lasts between 25 and 35 minutes and includes a warm up and cool down.
